How do I update my message and music?

We're sure you're well-aware that throughout the year you are entitled to a number of updates to your OHM. But if you've never updated before, or it's been a while since your last update, you might not realise just how simple the process is...

1. Edit your latest script and delete any irrelevant information. List new information in the section marked 'amendments' (bullet points will be enough for our Copywriters)
2. Email your amended script / new information to your renewals@phmg.com. Whether you want to change one word or your complete script - it's no problem; there are no restrictions on updates. If you'd like to change your music, you should also state this in your email.
3. When we receive your request, we'll voice, edit and mix your script with your chosen music. As soon as your new production is ready, we will send it to you for your approval.

TIP: Get your staff involved in your on-hold script; their suggestions and ideas could really take your production to the next level. Make sure they hear it and buy into it.

How many updates do I have left?

If you wish to make use of your updates package and you're wondering how many you have left, simply contact Client Services on 0161 609 0676 to request your renewal allowance. Alternatively, you can email Client Services on clientservices@phmg.com. 

How do I upgrade my package?

To upgrade your package to include more updates, or for additional services like Auto-Attendant and Out-of-hours messaging, simply contact Client Services on 0161 609 0676 and request an upgrade. Alternatively, you can email Client Services on clientservices@phmg.com.
