The company is still operating business as usual but has had to alter engineer visits and installation of new products in light of the crisis.

Hoover wanted to keep callers updated with changes to their installation schedule while also polishing the brand’s image. A new Auto Attendant production offered a personalised introduction to the company and allowed for clearer communication, as Hoover provided callers with new contact centre and online sales support details.
