Key responsibilities

  • Making regular client visits across Toronto
  • Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis by telephone, email and face-to-face meetings
  • Implementing business strategy and service values to meet client retention targets
  • Booking appointments with clients and managing your own diary
  • Working closely with our Client Support Managers to deliver effective solutions that meet our clients’ needs
  • Liaising with key departments to maintain strong communication channels
  • Gaining a high level of knowledge of our products to maximize personal effectiveness with client retention
  • Building valuable relationships, both internally and externally

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Effective personal organization skills; self-starter with drive, ambition and creativity
  • Planning, presentation and negotiation skills, coupled with strong written and oral communication
  • Capability and commitment to manage personal and professional development
  • Ability to work under pressure with a constantly positive outlook when being faced with complex client issues
  • Expertize with all standard PC software and CRM databases
