Location:

Chicago

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, strategic Operations Recruiter, who’ll play a key role in our expansion. You’ll use traditional and creative routes to market to proactively cultivate relationships with passive candidates and secure the very best talent in Chicago. Working closely with our US CEO and leadership team you’ll deliver challenging headcount targets across a range of departments from Client Services and Client Implementation to Engineering, Finance and Music. Your advanced interviewing skills and ability to identify potential will ensure your opinions are sought out and valued by hiring managers.

With your proven track record successfully recruiting experienced professionals – and an innate ability to build relationships with key company figures and new staff alike – you’ll play a vital part in fuelling our growth and evolving our processes.
