Head of Account Management - Manchester

Predominantly the focus of the role will be in developing the skills of individuals across teams, working with newer starters as well as more senior members. You will also need to continually review department achievement against objectives, identifying improvements and opportunities at every stage. 

Your expertise must lie in coaching and training in relation to customer service, with proven experience in the area. You’ll also have worked in one to one coaching, appraisals and development plans, as well as Client Services and Customer Service Management roles. 

This position would be perfectly suited to an established Client Services / Customer Service Manager and employee trainer who is used to driving business forward as head of a highly successful and integral team. They should be a strong motivator and listener who can develop employees as well as the department

Key decision makers of SME and blue chip companies (CEO, President, Owner, Managing Director)

Internal relationships:

Senior Directors, Client Services team, Creative departments and Production team
