Working in our Manchester office, you’ll be responsible for finding the best candidates to expand and improve our staff. By actively resourcing, screening and qualifying applicants, you’ll fulfil vacancies at various levels across all departments – focusing on the sales teams to maintain a constant pool of talent.

This role demands a highly personable individual with the ability to communicate with people at all levels – and build strong working relationships with key figures across the company. With your passion and pride for PHMG, you’ll effectively represent the company in the marketplace – while understanding the importance of culture fit for potential candidates. Key responsibilities

  • Actively resourcing, screening and qualifying candidates for a wide variety of vacancies at various levels – particularly within our Sales team
  • Conducting multiple telephone interviews to shortlist the best candidate for face-to-face interviews
  • Ensuring you consistently meet and exceed monthly placement targets
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pools for high volume areas
  • Providing consultative support to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability
  • Managing the face-to-face recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining proactive working relationships with key figures across the company
  • Managing a range of recruitment methods including social networking and other dedicated campaigns

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • A proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales or service environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly, personable and enthusiastic
  • Highly persuasive
  • Driven and motivated to meet recruitment targets
  • Experience in a sales, finance, marketing, customer service, IT or Administration role is highly desirable
  • Positivity, strong initiative and the ability to think quickly on your feet
