Office Receptionist

Location:

We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic and professional individual to sit front of house and assist in managing our Manchester office. You’ll be responsible for maintaining levels of essential supplies, liaising with suppliers, responding to customer enquiries and a variety of different administrative duties for departments across the business. 

As the first point of contact for all new staff and visitors to the company, you’ll pay a vital role in ensuring PHMG delivers the best first impression – so you must be polite, friendly and personable at all times. With your excellent telephone manner and courteous, friendly approach, you’ll ensure our office represents that of the world’s leading audio branding agency.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
  • Being the first point of contact for visitors
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking meetings
  • Ensuring our office environment is representative of our brand
  • Arranging couriers for essential deliveries and collections
  • Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing mail from across the company
  • Representing the brand at all times
  • Car park management
  • Assisting with board lunch and refreshments
  • Handling a wide range of administrative duties
  • Assisting with facilities management

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Experience with a range of office software including email, spreadsheets and databases
  • Enthusiastic, personable and professional at all times
  • Impeccable phone manner
  • Organised and methodical approach to work with the ability to multitask
