Key responsibilities

  • Effectively project managing our B2B client portfolio
  • Building a thorough understanding of a new client’s business, to develop creative briefing content
  • Working to a series of tight deadlines to develop brand congruent audio content; including all creative

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Experience in a results-driven customer services environment
  • An understanding of branding and its commercial benefits to a B2B customer
  • Proven success in project management and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong business acumen; polished, and articulate, comfortable liaising with seniors
  • Creative problem solver who can react professionally at all times and multi-task
  • Experience taking client briefs and dealing with others to ensure briefs are met
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings
  • Competitive, able to work under pressure and meet and exceed set realistic targets
  • Extremely proactive, with strong organisational skills
