Key responsibilities

  • Welcoming new clients to the service and introducing the set-up process
  • Following up information requests and collecting completed briefs
  • Passing completed briefs to the appropriate creative department
  • Ensuring all client details are accurately entered into our in-house CRM system
  • Working with clients and the creative departments to ensure the delivery of a world-class audio branding service that meets and exceeds expectations
  • Working collaboratively to achieve collective goals and objectives

External relationships:

Key decision makers of SME and blue chip companies (CEO, President, Owner, Managing Director)

Internal relationships:

Audio branding team, Creative departments, Client Services team and Directors

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Experience in a results-driven customer services environment
  • Strong focus and organizational skills
  • Experience taking client briefs and dealing with others to ensure briefs are met
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft and CRM applications
  • An understanding of branding and its commercial benefits to a B2B customer
  • The drive to hit ambitious targets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to clearly communicate company value to clients
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude
  • First-class verbal and written communication skills, including excellent listening skills
